Simply create a calendar event in your calendar app of choice, and add "[email protected]" as required or optional person (outlook), invitee (iCal), or a guest (google calendar). Make sure you populate all of the fields to the best of your ability (subject, names, location, any additional notes, urls, etc.

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook on your computer or go to Outlook on the web.
  2. In the left pane, right-click My Calendars and select Add Calendar.
  3. Select Subscribe from web.
  4. Paste the https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/lesterprairieevents%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics calendar URL into the field.
  5. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color or icon (optional).
  6. Click Import or Subscribe.
  7. The calendar will now appear in your Outlook calendar list.

Apple iCal

  1. Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
  2. From the top menu, click File, then select New Calendar Subscription…
  3. Paste the https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/lesterprairieevents%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics calendar URL into the field and click Subscribe.
  4. In the dialog box that appears, set the calendar name and preferences (e.g., auto-refresh interval).
  5. Click OK to finish subscribing.
  6. The calendar will appear in the sidebar and update based on your refresh settings.

Google Calendar

  1. Open Google Calendar in your web browser.
  2. On the left sidebar, click the + next to "Other calendars."
  3. Select From URL from the menu.
  4. Paste the https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/lesterprairieevents%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics calendar URL into the field provided.
  5. Click the Add calendar button.
  6. The calendar will appear under "Other calendars" and update automatically when the source is updated.
